Shipping Policy
We only ship to the UK and Europe.
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class free of charge. 1st Class and Tracked shipping options are also available at checkout.
European orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked (3-5 days).
EU customers will be charged VAT at their local rate at checkout on orders below EUR 150 (excluding shipping). Orders above EUR 150 will not be charged VAT at checkout and customers will be liable for VAT and handling fees upon delivery.
Orders received before midday Monday – Friday will be sent the same day.
Orders received after midday will be sent the following working day.
Orders received on; Saturday, Sunday & public holidays, will be sent the next working day.
Under exceptional circumstances orders may be carried over and sent the following working day.
